A Little Bit about Me.
I am boy-mom, a dog-mom, a step-mom and
now my mom’s mom.
I am adorable, says my husband.
I am annoying, says my son.
I am a realist, a rule follower and a rebel.
I am doer, a planner, an organizer, and a designer.
I am love.
I am enough.

Education
My commitment to personal development led me to become a Certified Positive Psychology ractitioner through the esteemed Flourishing School. This certification has equipped me with valuable tools and techniques to help individuals thrive and cultivate a positive mindset in their lives.
In addition to my positive psychology training, I have completed the Rutgers Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance program, earning my certification as a coach. This program has honed my skills in guiding individuals towards unlocking their full potential and achieving their professional goals.
Academically, I hold a bachelor's degree from Penn State's School of Health and Human Development. This educational foundation has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of human behavior, wellness, and the intricate connections between mind, body, and spirit.
However, my journey towards self-discovery extends far beyond formal education. I have actively sought personal development retreats, workshops, and classes to deepen my understanding of myself and others.
